From the time I was a kid, I’ve been drawn to two things: redesigning spaces and making things more efficient. Rearranging bedrooms, dreaming up better floor plans, color-coding notebooks—those were my early blueprints. And while most kids were playing outside, I was redesigning our living room for the third time or figuring out how to stretch a dollar at the store. – Carley
I’ve always been the one in my circle who finds the best of everything—whether it’s a coupon for a Michelin-star restaurant or the deepest discount on Uber Eats. I come from a background in accounting and operations, so budgets and logistics are my love language. But outside of work, I’m the nurturer—the friend who helps you untangle vendor messes or sit with you while you figure out why your paint turned out lavender instead of greige. Being there for others is who I am. And making things better—more beautiful, more functional, more worth it—that’s what drives me. – Connor
