Myzer operates a home renovation marketplace that connects homeowners with construction and renovation professionals, and provides website and online presence services to construction businesses.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to two main groups of users:

• Homeowners who use Myzer to find professionals, request and compare quotes, and coordinate renovation projects.
• Construction businesses and professionals ("Pros") who use Myzer for lead generation and for website and online presence services.

It also applies to general visitors to our Site.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide to us directly. Myzer does not require you to create an account. We collect information when you submit a request, fill out a form, request quotes, or otherwise contact us. Depending on how you use the Services, this may include:

• From homeowners: your name, email address, phone number, the address or location of your project, your project timeline, details about the work you are requesting, and any photos of the project you choose to share.
• From construction businesses and Pros: your business name, contact information, professional or contractor license information, and the content and materials you provide for your website or online presence (such as text, images, logos, and business details).

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics provider automatically collect limited technical and usage information, including the number of visitors, the general geographic location visitors are coming from, how long visitors spend on the Site, the pages viewed, and similar usage data. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

Payment information. When you make or receive a payment through the Services, payment is processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own systems.

We do not knowingly collect more information than we need to provide the Services.

• Connect homeowners with Pros, including sharing project information with Pros so they can prepare quotes.

4. How we share information

With construction professionals (marketplace matching). When a homeowner requests quotes, we share the information needed for Pros to respond. This typically includes the project address or location, the project timeline, and the details and any photos of the request. We share this so Pros can evaluate the project and provide quotes. Please share only what you are comfortable providing.

With service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who perform services for us, including payment and invoicing providers (such as QuickBooks, and potentially Stripe or Square), website hosting and platform providers, and our analytics provider (Google Analytics). These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.

Third-party integrations. We may integrate third-party services to enhance the Site, such as displaying Google reviews of Myzer or our Pros. Your interactions with those third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.

For legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.

In a business transfer. If Myzer is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, which may include QuickBooks, Stripe, or Square. When you provide payment information, it is collected and processed by these providers under their own privacy and security practices. We receive limited information such as confirmation of payment and transaction details, but not your full payment card number.
